We provide clear, unbiased advice to ensure your insurance matches your needs; protecting you, your family, and your business. As life changes, we review and adjust your cover so you’re always prepared for what lies ahead.
Oracle Insurance & Investments was created because too many people feel overwhelmed, pressured, or confused when it comes to insurance and financial decisions.
We started Oracle with the intention of looking after our friends and family, ensuring they were properly protected, clearly informed, and never sold something they didn’t truly need. As those conversations grew, so did Oracle.
Oracle Insurance & Investments is led by people who genuinely care about the people they advise.
We believe good insurance advice starts with listening. Understanding your life, your family, your work, and what matters most to you. From there, it is about offering clear, honest guidance that helps you feel confident, not pressured.
As a small, boutique team, we take the time to build real relationships with our clients. You will work directly with your adviser, not passed between departments or treated like a policy number. That personal approach allows us to give advice that fits real lives and adapts as those lives change.
Below, you will meet Katie and Jodi, the founders behind Oracle. Together, along with their team, they support clients across New Zealand with thoughtful, practical advice and a shared commitment to doing what is right for the people they work with.

For Katie, being a financial adviser is about more than policies and paperwork. It is about helping people feel secure in the life they are building.
With over seven years’ experience in health and risk insurance advice, Katie works closely with individuals, families, and business owners to provide clear, thoughtful guidance that genuinely fits their circumstances.
She believes good advice should feel straightforward, personal, and easy to understand, especially when it comes to protecting what matters most.
Growing up on a farm gave Katie a strong appreciation for the rural community and the realities that come with it. That background shapes her practical, no-nonsense approach and her ability to tailor advice to real lives, not textbook scenarios.
Outside of work, Katie has an ultra-marathon background and regularly takes on distances of 50km and beyond. The discipline, resilience, and long-term mindset required for endurance running strongly influence how she supports her clients over time. She is also continuing to build her expertise by working towards a Master’s Degree in Finance.
Katie primarily works with North Island clients and is based out of Palmerston North, supporting people with calm, considered advice they can trust.

Jodi’s path into insurance began in hospitality management and events, where she built strong people skills and a deep appreciation for service.
Six years ago, she discovered a new direction that combined purpose with balance, helping Kiwis feel confident and supported when it comes to their insurance decisions.
Jodi is passionate about guiding clients through insurance in a way that feels practical, reassuring, and pressure-free. She takes the time to explain options clearly and is known for being there for her clients when it matters most, especially at claim time.
Committed to staying across industry changes and regulations, Jodi ensures her clients always receive accurate, up-to-date advice. She works closely with individuals and families to design cover that reflects real life, not generic assumptions.
Recently, Jodi took the step into business ownership alongside Katie. Together, they are committed to offering accessible, reliable, and trustworthy insurance advice to people across New Zealand.
Based in Christchurch, Jodi primarily supports South Island clients. Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors, cooking, and spending time with her whānau and friends.
